If that is how you conduct your business when it comes to arrival time, then it's fine, Nick would've technically made it a little bit under the scheduled time. Had you explained it before I booked the appointment, I would've changed my time slot.

Then there's your Manager. Do you seriously think she handled this situation professionally? She waited about 5 minutes after I posted my concerns on the internet and cancelled my appointment without providing any reason. That's just rude, because I have been waiting the entire time. Had i known this was going to happen, I would've contacted another plumber.

And it is also rude to talk over when someone is already talking on the phone, maybe she needs a refresher on how to communicate with customers? That's just simple phone etiquette, she made it clear that she didnt care anymore on what I had to say.

Ricardo did a great job. I called with a serious plumbing problem and they said they would come out within an hour and they were here within the time frame they game me and explained everything in detail and answer all the questions I had.

They are all very professional and hardworking and they are very affordable prices

Chris called 30 minutes before my appointment and arrived right on time. After a quick and thorough inspection of my plumbing he fixed the problem promptly and kept me informed of his progress the entire way. Chris was friendly, professional and is a true master of his craft.

I'm compelled to write a good review for 24/7 Drain Rooter for the following reasons:
James the outstanding gentleman, answered the phone right away and scheduled me the same day that I called and then called me back later to let me know that he would be out sooner than originally planned.

When I met James at my front door, he was ready to get to work and tested the issue to see where the problem was. He was very professional and careful on clearing my main sewer line with the least amount of impact on my house with regard to smell and mess.

His prices are very reasonable, he gave me upfront pricing for my backed up drain issue. I thought it was going to turn into a huge price tag but after relying on 24/7 Drain Rooter to check it out, snake the line and evaluate the drain line I am confident the issue is resolved.

I will absolutely call 24/7 Drain Rooter next time I have any drain or plumbing issue. Thank you to everyone over there.

Ray has taken excellent care of a variety of plumbing challenges at my house for years. I have referred him to others and they have also been very happy with his expertise.

These guys waited until the last minute and then came through with some crazy unit pricing that was unreasonable. The plumber who came out said he was doing the estimate but when I asked for detail he said the office wouldn't let him change it. No one in the office was available to speak to me. This was clearly a scam knowing that we had other contractors waiting on them to complete their work. I will never use these guys again!
