We live in the backhouse to a to a big front house with plumbing issues. These guys prioritized are backyard flooding, and spent 2 whole days fixing the situation. Had a couple of setbacks that they charged through fearlessly, and ultimately provided excellent service with a more than satisfactory outcome. I’m so glad I found Level Up Plumbing. Miguel was so helpful from the start. I wanted to replace my sink and get the fixtures in my shower replaced but needed someone that was going to guide me when picking the right parts to buy. I got other quotes and there was zero help or information from them but Miguel send me links to all the recommended items and made it soooo easy for me. He also recommended a water filtration system that I would have had no idea where to even start with when looking for! Went above and beyond and connected it to my fridge so I can have clean ice. He was a true professional from start of the project to finish. I am obsessed with my new sink and get so many compliments on it. I’ll definitely be calling Miguel back for future work I need done!

I had an emergency at 7 pm on a weeknight last week. Contacted a plumber I knew who had previously worked on my house, Frankie, and he said he would come help me. It turns out he now works for BPI, which he did not tell me until he got to my house. He provided no contract for replacing my water heater, said he was not going to run the job through the company because it was a side job for him, and gave me no receipt for payment after I gave him a check. For some reason, the bank refused to cash the check I gave him, so the BPI office called me to collect payment via credit card over the phone. I was charged $3500 dollars for replacing my 40 gallon tank gas water heater. The company dispatcher who called me for payment insisted that is a fair, going rate. Yet, every other company says this should have been about $2000-2500 tops for the after hours service. I asked for an itemized receipt, but all they gave me was a receipt for plumbing for $3500. They did not even mention replacing the water heater on the receipt! There was no itemization or justification for the charges on the receipt. I think my vulnerability as a single female with a plumbing emergency was preyed upon, and I was ripped off. The technician did not use drip cloths and made a total mess in my house. To top it all off, I just found out that a permit is required for changing a hot water heater in CA. I did not know this, and BPI Plumbing said NOTHING to me about needing a permit. Now, I am going to have to figure out how to get a retroactive permit and pay for it, ON TOP OF the $3500 I already paid BPI. I unfortunately made an extremely expensive mistake with this company, and I will never contact them to do work in my home again.

I so am thankful that Christian answered our emergency call this morning. He arrived on time, found the problem and cleared our toilets and showers. He also gave us suggestions to prevent future clogs. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He truly loves what he does.

I hired Speedi Rooter to remove my old gas water heater and install an electric water heater outside of my garage. I also had them install a Halo whole home water filter. We cannot be happier. They were exceptionally professional. All the work was done on schedule. I no longer have to buy water and I no longer have to worry about my old old old water heater blowing up or letting off fumes in the garage.
