A Very prompt and fair estimate of the air conditioning system I needed.Office staff was very polite and helpful – especially when I ran into a small situation that they completely supported me on and helped me work through -with an access opening.JoJo and Joseph were incredible installers! They were extremely knowledgeable and competent! They explained everything they were doing and ask for my input on any questions they had. They cleaned up perfectly – I would never know they were here! I would highly recommend BILL HOWE! Totally a pleasant experience!

My disposal was clogged on Sunday, the day before my Memorial Day gathering. I called Above and Beyond. Wanted $89.95 just for a visit (fine although free estimates are standard). Then they want $235 just to inspect pipes under house to generate an estimate for repairs. No thanks.

It’s a -0 star. I called for a leaking faucet, I was told is a free estimate.Jon comes tightened the packing nut and told me it’s $85. If he would have told me the price before tightening I wouldn’t accept the job. But he tightened and then told me it was $85. It’s so sad how this man took advantage of a woman. Outrageous.
