Paul (owner of Sav-On Plumbing) has always been professional, on time, and honest with his assessments and fixes. We've used their services for approximately 10 years now and each time, they did not disappoint! One time, we got the water heater replaces because it was leaking and Paul suggested that we replace it. So we did to avoid any kind of further disaster..... fast forward to when a city inspector needed to pass an unrelated item of home improvement, but commented on how excellent of a job the new water heater was done. That says it all.....

These guys are awesome. I was interested in a water filtration system and they Installed one at my main line to filter the whole house. They said it should last 13 to 15 years with zero maintenance. I love our freshwater from every faucet and in the showers. I don’t have to buy bottled water anymore. Thanks team!

Received two unsolicited calls in two days. Tried to explain that I didn’t want any service on my home but caller hung up on me mid-sentence. Then, called, “customer service,” who was completely dismissive to me. All I told her was they’re sales reps needed better training. Hanging up on me did not make me want to use their device in the future.
