Francisco from Rockstar came to repair my 30 year old natural gas heater. He explained the noise it was making issues. I'd been thinking of replacing it before the winter, we discussed some options, and he had beautiful, quiet York heater installed 2 days later with some additional duct work. I'm using Rockstar from now on!

1/2018: We discovered our water heater was leaking water and contacted Blue Planet Drains & Plumbing. Miguel responded quickly and let us know our water heater was failing and would need to be replaced (it lasted well beyond its lifetime). Our previous install had been a do-it-yourself and wasn't up to code. He replaced our water heater and it's comforting to know it was installed correctly and meets all the safety requirements. We'll definitely call them the next time we have plumbing issues.

Update: (3/2019)The thermostat in our water heater went out on a Saturday. We called Blue Planet and they advised we contact the manufacturer of our water heater. We did and they sent us the part. Tuesday we received the part in the morning. I called Blue Planet and we got an appointment for that same afternoon. The tech showed up on time and my husband commented on what a nice guy he was. I was happy to come home to hot water!

On time. Abe explained what he would do, got it done, cleaned up, and was very professional. I’d recommend them and will use them in the future. Nice people.

We just had Jack from Fix Plumbing & Drains come by to help us fix our bathroom sink, it wasn't draining at all. Our property management wasn't able to fix the problem yesterday so they organized for this plumbing company to come by. We had a wonderful experience. A woman called this morning to schedule a time frame for Jack to come by. She called when he was on his way over as well to give us notice. He arrived within the time slot and was very friendly, professional and considerate (he wore his mask the entire visit, which is important to me during the current pandemic). He fixed the problem within an hour, communicated with us what was going on and how he fixed it when we asked, and made sure to clean up the mess afterward before leaving. Luis quickly took care of a blocked drain after normal working hours. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely ask for him by name if we ever need anything else.

My experience with BPI is excellent. I manage some properties and use BPI because of their responsiveness, honesty, reliability, and reasonable rates. A couple of years ago, I got the call that property mangers dread....On Christmas Eve, there was a massive leak in a condo. I called BPI and they sent out a plumber who was able to resolve the issue quickly and he fully explained the issues to my satisfaction. Then, I got the bill and it was VERY fair, especially considering it was Christmas Eve. I can't say enough good things about BPI.

Terrific Work Chris Will Explain To You Want He’ll Do And Take Pictures …. The pipes that he changed were old iron cast pipes and replaced them with top of the line plastic pipes. He installed a new toilet 🚽 and he fixed the shower drain. I would recommend him to the people I know he does a very good job. And he cleans up after doing a great job.
