They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

Brent, Nick and Justin showed up even earlier than expected ready to work with infectiously positive attitudes and a calm sense of professionalism. Through the next several hours they worked tirelessly with smiles on their faces and installed our new AC unit. They even went above and beyond to ensure all of our vents and pipes were spotless to avoid any potential buildup that would hurt the system and require a new installation.

After they finished, the team immediately cleaned up their workspace and the surrounding areas, leaving our entrance even more beautiful than before.

Bought new water heater and was installed incorrectly in 2015. Between 2015-2017, I had to call them to fix it. In 2017, they finally replace it. When that one breaks down, I no longer qualify for the warranty because they went by the 2015 date not the 2017 date. Getting punished for the technician who didn’t do the job right the first time ( their words not mine). Not only that, technician asked me to help him carry the old water heater and the new one which I just found out is not legal. Clown company!!!

We just had Jack from Fix Plumbing & Drains come by to help us fix our bathroom sink, it wasn't draining at all. Our property management wasn't able to fix the problem yesterday so they organized for this plumbing company to come by. We had a wonderful experience. A woman called this morning to schedule a time frame for Jack to come by. She called when he was on his way over as well to give us notice. He arrived within the time slot and was very friendly, professional and considerate (he wore his mask the entire visit, which is important to me during the current pandemic). He fixed the problem within an hour, communicated with us what was going on and how he fixed it when we asked, and made sure to clean up the mess afterward before leaving. We had a clogged kitchen drain that was past the p-trap. We live on there 6th floor of a building so we needed a plumber that had at least a 75 foot snake device to ensure that the clog would not affect the lower units when cleared. Bill Howe was very prompt and responsive. They were able to quickly get the insurance and contractor documents my HOA needed for them to come into the building to do the work. Oscar from Bill Howe was great. He was on time, very professional and worked well with the building facilities folks to complete the job. He also cleaned up the work area well after he was done. Solid job done.
