I contacted blue planet with regards to Hydro jetting my main drain based on a recommendation by my local plumber. Found them online and set the appointment. They indicated a free evaluation and the technician arrived right on time.

The HOA required all of us in the condominium complex to change our valves connected to the washing machine... however it will cost us $450 or more so we decided to get a different plumber company to do the work.. we called them and they responded and send their agent immediately.. it only took them less than an hour to do the job and we saved $150 which really great!

I have used the company for HOA related repairs and had a great experience. I’m so glad I found Level Up Plumbing. Miguel was so helpful from the start. I wanted to replace my sink and get the fixtures in my shower replaced but needed someone that was going to guide me when picking the right parts to buy. I got other quotes and there was zero help or information from them but Miguel send me links to all the recommended items and made it soooo easy for me. He also recommended a water filtration system that I would have had no idea where to even start with when looking for! Went above and beyond and connected it to my fridge so I can have clean ice. My experience with BPI is excellent. I manage some properties and use BPI because of their responsiveness, honesty, reliability, and reasonable rates. A couple of years ago, I got the call that property mangers dread....On Christmas Eve, there was a massive leak in a condo. I called BPI and they sent out a plumber who was able to resolve the issue quickly and he fully explained the issues to my satisfaction. Then, I got the bill and it was VERY fair, especially considering it was Christmas Eve. I can't say enough good things about BPI.
