They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

I called on a weekend, never fails something always goes wrong on a weekend! Called on Saturday and was scheduled for Sunday with no premium charge, can't beat that, I had Salvador, he was awesome, polite and really professional. My drain must have been really clogged because not only did he have to use a 75' snake and it took quite awhile, he got the job done, cleaned up the mess and didn't leave until he was positive the job was done.. the price was more than reasonable , they aren't like Plummer's I've had many over the years and this has been the Best one so far.. call these guys, you won't be sorry... now it's fixed so I guess I have to do the dishes now!!' We just had Jack from Fix Plumbing & Drains come by to help us fix our bathroom sink, it wasn't draining at all. Our property management wasn't able to fix the problem yesterday so they organized for this plumbing company to come by. We had a wonderful experience. A woman called this morning to schedule a time frame for Jack to come by. She called when he was on his way over as well to give us notice. He arrived within the time slot and was very friendly, professional and considerate (he wore his mask the entire visit, which is important to me during the current pandemic). He fixed the problem within an hour, communicated with us what was going on and how he fixed it when we asked, and made sure to clean up the mess afterward before leaving. We called Bill Howe because we had a sticky faucet in the bathroom vanity. They sent a plumber who worked for several hours and charged us $738 for the service. The first time we used the faucet after this service, it came off in our hands. The next day they sent another plumber who took the faucet and said he'd return with a replacement. After two weeks, with no time frame for when the new part would arrive, we complained about the hole in our sink where the faucet should be and they sent someone to put in the old faucet until the new one came. After over a month, the new part arrived and they sent someone to install it. Their follow-up service was great, but we think $738 to repair a sticky faucet was extremely expensive. We will not use Bill Howe in the future.

Select source informed my wife and I that a technician would arrive between 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. Miguel was promptly on time. During the installation process Miguel kept an open line of communication with us and was able to explain his whole installation process. After he was finished he walked both my wife and I through the process of flushing and maintaining our water softener and reversed osmosis system. We were fortunate to get somebody as knowledgeable and down to earth as Miguel as our installer. We will definitely be using his services in the future.

My experience with BPI is excellent. I manage some properties and use BPI because of their responsiveness, honesty, reliability, and reasonable rates. A couple of years ago, I got the call that property mangers dread....On Christmas Eve, there was a massive leak in a condo. I called BPI and they sent out a plumber who was able to resolve the issue quickly and he fully explained the issues to my satisfaction. Then, I got the bill and it was VERY fair, especially considering it was Christmas Eve. I can't say enough good things about BPI.
