They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

We had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. First a bathtub faucet and then a pressure regulator.
The faucet took so doing just for the parts but Abe, the plumber found then and we are good to go. The other issue was the pressure regulator. We had others give us estimates much higher than we were given plus Abe upgraded out shutoff valve making it easier to shut off our water if we need to get n the future.
Abe was very thorough in his work and very carefully explained everything he was doing. Very pleased with Professional Plumbing and Abe.

We live in the backhouse to a to a big front house with plumbing issues. These guys prioritized are backyard flooding, and spent 2 whole days fixing the situation. Had a couple of setbacks that they charged through fearlessly, and ultimately provided excellent service with a more than satisfactory outcome. Would hire these guys for any plumbing job, very hard workers who are very honest. Mario and his crew were top tier

I hope and plan to use them whenever (and hopefully thats not too often with plumbing issues). BPI was hired by First Residential HOA to fix a broken pipe in the Antigua neighborhood of Eastlake in Chula Vista. For the past 7 days they have turned the water off to over 70 families everyday, EVERYDAY they failed to turn the water off or back on at the times they said they would. This lead to NO water in the evenings, throughout the night and in the mornings, even before 7a, No water to shower for work, doctor appointments etc.
They even claimed that the pipe was fixed and water was restored only to find out that the poor quality of work caused the pipe to burst again.
