Best Plumbing Remodel in Chula Vista CA

This review is for Tia Taylor, Reconstruction Project Manager, Bill Howe Restoration & Flood Services. I had flooding and water damage in my condo in March 2023 due to a valve busting and a second water emergency in July 2023 when my water heater leaked water from the top. I called Bill Howe, they sent a plumber the same day, and the plumbing emergency repairs were done. Tia called me to let me know she was the project manager assigned to my home reconstruction project. She was very professional and friendly. Tia was constantly onsite, and answered my questions, calls, and emails without delay. She provided me with focused attention and followed up with me every week. She managed every aspect of the job with meticulous attention to detail and a steady communication flow. Throughout the process she sent me photos, gave me updates and prepared me for the next stage of the work. Tia selected the bathtub and the vinyl flooring to be installed in my bathrooms. After the job was completed I was amazed, the bathrooms looked fantastic ! Currently, I’m working with Tia on the home reconstruction project of the second water damage incident that occurred in July 2023. She called me right away and we’re in communication to schedule the activities and expedite this project. I definitely recommend Tia Taylor and Bill Howe for your home reconstruction projects, and I’m very grateful for the whole team's hard work! I’d give them 10 stars !

Thank you so much for the service on our master bathroom! Not only is Lead & Oakum very professional, they are very friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I hope and plan to use them whenever (and hopefully thats not too often with plumbing issues). I would like to eventually get a water filtration system installed and we had excellent advice from them on what to install.

Miguel responded quickly with reasonable rates and excellent attention to detail and respect for our needs. He replaced our kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Highly recommend.

Arnett’s installed our tankless water heater, and we had them come out to do the annual servicing. The young men were on time, friendly, polite, and masked. A tankless hot water heater is a wonderful thing : ) Hot water all the time - any time, run the dishwasher, washer, and shower and hot water for everyone! Thank you! (and our first one lasted 15 years)

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
