Francisco from Rockstar came to repair my 30 year old natural gas heater. He explained the noise it was making issues. I'd been thinking of replacing it before the winter, we discussed some options, and he had beautiful, quiet York heater installed 2 days later with some additional duct work. I'm using Rockstar from now on!

We had a water heater emergency and had called several plumbers to give us a quote to replace our leaking water heater. We had a mess and no water.
The next morning we had a parade of plumbers come to give us quotes...then Mr. Tito Dueñas from Blue Planet, came and he looked at our problem and knew right away what had to be done and he noticed that there were some things that also needed attention. He gave his quote and gave us the time we needed to decide what we were going to do. Once we decided to move forward, he got busy right away. Soon, we once again had running hot water and now we have a plumber that we can recommend, also one that we can depend on if we have another emergency...

I contacted dispatch and they answered right alway and gave me all the answers to all the complicated questions I had. She was very professional and had someone come out with in 30 minutes and the gentlemen that arrived was the name of John Calderson ..... Very professional and didnt try to sale me on buying stuff i didnt need and knocked out the job in a really short period of time. Was on time for his appointment and I could tell he knew what he was doing. I would recommend him to anybody if you need work to be done .... There company are very military friendly and helpped me out with giving me a break with the bill. Happy hoildays to him and to who ever is the boss of this gentlemen better give him a raise ..... Young people with great trade skills are very hard to find now adays ....! I would give a million stars but i really will be coming back to John for anymore of my needs bless you John for not just doing your job but really caring about how the job is done and getting it done in a professional matter.

Chris fixed a very stubborn clog in both home that affected two toilets, a bathtub and shower. I had another company come out prior and they said I needed to replace both toilets.Chris solved the problem in a short time. I really appreciate his work.He was very professional, respectful and persistent. He has a wonderful Irish accents too.

He was extremely polite, efficient, and even cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend this plumber!!
