1/2018: We discovered our water heater was leaking water and contacted Blue Planet Drains & Plumbing. Miguel responded quickly and let us know our water heater was failing and would need to be replaced (it lasted well beyond its lifetime). Our previous install had been a do-it-yourself and wasn't up to code. He replaced our water heater and it's comforting to know it was installed correctly and meets all the safety requirements. We'll definitely call them the next time we have plumbing issues.

Update: (3/2019)The thermostat in our water heater went out on a Saturday. We called Blue Planet and they advised we contact the manufacturer of our water heater. We did and they sent us the part. Tuesday we received the part in the morning. I called Blue Planet and we got an appointment for that same afternoon. The tech showed up on time and my husband commented on what a nice guy he was. I was happy to come home to hot water!

Marco came by and resolved my issue. Will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing projects. Thanks.

I've used Bill Howe for my condo rental for over ten years for the unfortunate collective issues that have occurred for the entire time. Every time, they've been professional and polite, and very efficient in their work. Any issues are not repeated issues, my home just has crummy pipes.Tonight, 03.17.2021, Matthew Revels was our technician. He gave us our options for the after-hours service and helped temporarily alleviate the issue until we can address it during non-emergency hours. He also provided the bid for the necessary work to hopefully be completed within the next week. Thanks!

Thank you so much for the service on our master bathroom! Not only is Lead & Oakum very professional, they are very friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I hope and plan to use them whenever (and hopefully thats not too often with plumbing issues). I would like to eventually get a water filtration system installed and we had excellent advice from them on what to install.

My house is 1 years old and we were not getting any hot water to the house. Omar came on a weekend and had it working in min. Explained how the tankless water heater works and showed me to do it myself in the future. Would 100% recommend this company. They are very knowledgeable and professional.

I have used G Brothers for plumbing issues with a rental property, and they have always been on time, easy to work with and reasonably priced, with excellent work. I just completed a major remodel/addition for my own master suite, I used them for all the plumbing needs. This included everything from running new plumbing, relocating clean-outs and drains, and installation of shower and vanity fixtures. As well, they provided solution consultation that saved me a lot of money. They did all I asked, on time, under budget. Love these guys, and highly recommend them.
