They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

We had a drain pipe that cracked, which required drywall to be removed. A very difficult job because we have custom crown molding and base board molding we didn’t want damaged. The guys that discovered our leak CPL (the best in town) recommended Rockstar Plumbing. We couldn’t be happier! They showed up when they said they would did it for the price quoted and they are great people! Simply put if you want the best in town call Francisco Alvarez (owner) of RockStar plumbing he is a hands on guy.

This company is wonderful and we have used them for our home and rental units at different places in the county. Yukio was not only professional but he was responsive as soon as I needed him! If there was any problem, he fixed it immediately and it was expertly done! I can’t say enough to praise the work of this company.

In needed my bathroom sink unclogged. They responded quickly after leaving a message and where on site within reasonable time. They unclogged the pipe and rerouted the drain pipes. They did an excellent job and at a fair price. Staff was courteous, friendly and professional. Glad I found plumbers I can call back again.

We used their services for maintenance of our water heater and AC/furnace. The guys, Miguel and Enoch, both showed up on time at the beginning of the booked slot. Both were very professional, friendly, and did a fine job. Given these coronavirus times, they had face coverings. They also brought their own shoe covers and took care walking around the house. It turned out our water heater and regulator were worn out and had to be replaced. Miguel guided us patiently through the options. Enoch added some parts to the furnace and compressor for safety and longevity. Thankfully they took payment by card online on their tablet because I don’t handle cash these days. Overall, timely and smooth service! Of course, I do not know about the quality of the new parts until we get to use them over a longer period. :) The parts are not cheap but the rates seem reasonable and at market value.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had dealing with a plumbing company. James is very professional, respectful, knowledgeable. He came out because my water heater was leaking and installed a brand new tankless and water filteration system. The finished product is like a piece of art. Al was able to further identify opportunities to avoid additional issues and implemented a design change to correct an flaw in how the piping was routed.
