Best New Air Conditioning System in Chula Vista CA

We had a ductless mini split system installed during the summer. It was our savior. it works great and living in la mesa we definitely needed it.

We had a clogged kitchen drain that was past the p-trap. We live on there 6th floor of a building so we needed a plumber that had at least a 75 foot snake device to ensure that the clog would not affect the lower units when cleared. Bill Howe was very prompt and responsive. They were able to quickly get the insurance and contractor documents my HOA needed for them to come into the building to do the work. Oscar from Bill Howe was great. He was on time, very professional and worked well with the building facilities folks to complete the job. He also cleaned up the work area well after he was done. Solid job done.

I find Mike to be an exceptional plumber and able to handle whatever is thrown at him. The best part though is that he is honest and very straightforward in his assessment of the problem at hand.

Clogged drain. Found Ace Contractors on HomeAdvisors and Angie's list. Carlos was the plumber for the requested job. He arrived as requested, analysed the problem informed me what needed to be done and quoted me a price. Carlos was professional and friendly. We discussed the price and Carlos as well as his Boss at Ace worked with me and gave me a fair price for the job. Satisfied customer with both Carlos and Ace Contractors.

I would never use this plumber. Their cost is twice as much. They would not discuss my options of using pex rather than copper and they would not explain why. I got specs from SDGE nad Steve told me SDGE did not know what they are doing. I beg to differ. Too much money. I always get three quotes. Don't over pay for plumbing. Bob the plumber is good, inexpensive and licensed. There system for getting quotes to you is outdated. They take too long to respond!
