Best Major Sewer in Chula Vista CA

Joseph is amazing! He’s helped me with a few issues with my garbage disposal over the last few years. So helpful! Will definitely call them next time!

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

Service was provided was hydro jetting main sewer line, great price and pronto response took only about 30-40 min to unclogged main sewer line will call them again for sure

Did Google search, noticed that Dr. House Plumbing has 5 Star rating. Used the chat to ask for a price, Oliver was nearby the area and he offered to come by for an estimate. Price was below other competitor's. Very friendly and knowledgeable with over 12 years of experience. He was also bilingual, provide detailed explanation of the issue. Used hi-quality replacement parts. Would highly recommend Dr. House Plumbing. Also mentioned some other services that was on special this month.

Mike was responsive and shared with me the options available to repair my busted pipe. He was able to fix my problem right away. He was on time and very clean in his work. I have used Primo Plumbing for years now and would recommend him for any plumbing issues.

The technician went over the whole drainage systematically to get the the problem with the vent/drain. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I am so happy we found Tyler. He has done 3 jobs at our house so far . New Water Heater, fixed laundry sink and yesterday replaced all of the plumbing under the kitchen sink. He is always so courteous , punctual and does great work. His prices are super competitive . He is our go to guy anytime there's a plumbing issue.

I would never use this plumber. Their cost is twice as much. They would not discuss my options of using pex rather than copper and they would not explain why. I got specs from SDGE nad Steve told me SDGE did not know what they are doing. I beg to differ. Too much money. I always get three quotes. Don't over pay for plumbing. Bob the plumber is good, inexpensive and licensed. There system for getting quotes to you is outdated. They take too long to respond!
