Best Leaky Faucet in Chula Vista CA

My sewer water started to back up in shower, tub and commodes. I called Premier Rooter & plumbing at 7 AM today and they arrived at 10 AM. In 1hour and 30 minutes they cleaned my sewer lines all the way to the City Sewer man hole. Delbert was great, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have supervised construction projects for 30 years and have I have seen the best and the worst contractors. Premier Rooter & Plumbing is the best plumbing contractor I have ever dealt with. They where honest, smart and all around great people, from management to their workers. After calling many plumbing contractor's that where just going thru the motions, I found the only Plumbing Contractor I will ever use. I had JC Plumbing, I called and scheduled a problem with Victor and had an appointment setup for this morning. He Called to let me know when was headed my way. It was not long before he was parked in front of my garage ready to do the work! He was very courteous and had lots of questions to find out what work needed to be done. I had a pinhole in a 3/4 copper pipe, he suggested I remove a little more than I had thought necessary, but when the work was don't I could see why he did the larger section. He also replaces a ball valve. The work was done and he was on the road to his next customer in good time. I was very glad I called JC Plumbing great job!

Woke up Saturday morning and found my garage flooded. Called in a local plumber I used for years. He found the leak but said it was beyond his scope of repair. He recommended Eastlake Plumbing.

Bottomline: I called their number and was connected to Fernando, the on-call emergency technician. He arrived and within 1.5 hours he diagnosed, located the exact location of the leak, and repaired it. He was very professional!

Sav-on has been our plumber for the past 10+ years and I wish I could give them 10 stars. They are highly professional, on-time and do amazing high quality work. Paul (owner) has great workers who are also professional. I have had them do faucet installations, garbage and water heater installs, and just recently they installed two toilets, safety bars in our master bath as well as a new sliding adjustable shower head. These guys were awesome. We had a bad leak that was going from our first floor bathroom to our basement. Fast response, a plumber was out here within a couple of hours. Saved us a ton of money by not immediately tearing up our tile floor and instead, went to the source in the wall. We will definitely be calling these guys again!
