I had a pipe leak, and terrible water pressure in the shower. Called True Value Plumbing and had Christian out within 20 min. He fixed the pipe leak in addition added new fixture to the shower. All I know is that my showers feels 10x better!!

My girlfriends parents were coming to town and it was my first time meeting them, and sure enough my shower drain AND my toilet were clogged for unknown reasons. (My gf now knows to not put q-tips down the drain) Called WestPro and the gentleman arrived within 30 mins and even with the deep clog, was able to have it fixed in 10mins. Much appreciated because her dad's a pretty intimidating guy and all I needed was plumbing issues to get in the way of making a good first impression! About May 3rd my house's sewer system had serious clogging issues.. I called Integrity and their man came out the same day. His cure was to use a hydrajet to clean out the entire system. Cost: Over $3,700.00. I was given a 6 month warranty.
Currently I have a totally clogged toilet and the adorning bathtub is also clogged. Over the last 30 hours I have called the man who did the work. I have called the office number twice and I have sent a text message to the company. There have been absolutely no response to any of my requests to call me. Go ahead, ask me if I'm upset. I will update this review if I ever get that call.
