I called Blue Planet to identify the source of a puddle at the lowest point of our property. The technician who came out initially suspected a leak and spent two days trying to find it, to no avail. Blue Planet apologized for the inconvenience and asked their supervisor Joshua to take a second look. Joshua was extremely professional and capable in every way and diagnosed the problem within thirty minutes. He then purchased the required PVC piping supplies and personally designed a solution that would ensure we would not have this puddling problem going forward. Although I was initially frustrated with the two-day search for diagnosis, and the expense associated with that, I’m very satisfied now because the company found the problem, solved the problem, and did not charge me for the initial diagnostics work that did not identify the issue or further remediation. If I have a problem in the future, I will not hesitate to contact Blue Planet Plumbing again and will always ask for Joshua because he’s a highly-skilled plumber, honest, and professional.

Great company! I called at 515pm, they sent Marco out to unclog our tub. Marco was there by 6pm and gone by 630pm. Everything working and great service!

We live in the backhouse to a to a big front house with plumbing issues. These guys prioritized are backyard flooding, and spent 2 whole days fixing the situation. Had a couple of setbacks that they charged through fearlessly, and ultimately provided excellent service with a more than satisfactory outcome.
