Called company yesterday after having a negative experience with another popular business in the area. Not only were they professional, they had a tech at my house in hours, and explained everything. All of my questions were answered in a friendly and informative manner. Being a woman, service techs often talk down or over me and I’m really happy to say this didn’t happen with this company. I had a new water heater installed within hours of signing the paperwork, and they cleaned up all of the mess they made. I would and will be hiring this company again for all of my plumbing needs. We just had Jack from Fix Plumbing & Drains come by to help us fix our bathroom sink, it wasn't draining at all. Our property management wasn't able to fix the problem yesterday so they organized for this plumbing company to come by. We had a wonderful experience. A woman called this morning to schedule a time frame for Jack to come by. She called when he was on his way over as well to give us notice. He arrived within the time slot and was very friendly, professional and considerate (he wore his mask the entire visit, which is important to me during the current pandemic). He fixed the problem within an hour, communicated with us what was going on and how he fixed it when we asked, and made sure to clean up the mess afterward before leaving. My kitchen sink was stopped up. My appointment was at 11, or earlier if something became available. Josh arrived about 8:45 following a text he was on his way. Hooray!! Josh was perfectly pleasant and professional. He did a great job of snaking the drain, keeping everything neat. He made recommendations for preventing the nasty grease buildup in the future. Absolutely recommend him and Bill Howe Plumbing.

My experience with BPI is excellent. I manage some properties and use BPI because of their responsiveness, honesty, reliability, and reasonable rates. A couple of years ago, I got the call that property mangers dread....On Christmas Eve, there was a massive leak in a condo. I called BPI and they sent out a plumber who was able to resolve the issue quickly and he fully explained the issues to my satisfaction. Then, I got the bill and it was VERY fair, especially considering it was Christmas Eve. I can't say enough good things about BPI.
