Highly recommend this company, they are assisting me with the repairs a water damage and flooding from a water heater on July 2023 and the home restoration project at my condo. Drain Medic has been troubleshooting a leak problem at my 88 year old mother's house and has gone above and beyond the call of duty to address the issues. They discovered 4 areas and fixed all promptly and at a reasonable price when not covered by insurance. They have thoroughly explained each step of the process to her and mostly likely saved her thousands of dollars when others wanted to rip open the walls and quoted her minimum $2600 to fix. Insurance has covered most of the expenses with Drain Medic handling everything. Cannot thank them enough for dealing honestly with the elderly and communicating clearly.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
