I needed to have my tankless water heater flushed. This function is performed annually but the installer, who had previously flushed the heater, was unable to perform the service and referred me instead to Bill Howe. The experience was seamless and quick, from scheduling to the actual service. Eric, the technician, was professional, easy to talk to and technically competent. Because of this positive experience and first impression, I intend to use Bill Howe for all my future plumbing needs.

Miguel was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in his craft. He installed a reverse osmosis system for us and a garbage disposal unit. Not one person could get our plumbing under the kitchen sink right until he fixed it. He was beyond helpful with any information we needed to maintain the unit in the future. You can tell he loves what he does and I'm sure we will always call Miguel for his services. We've called him a couple of times already. I recommend Miguel to anyone that I hear needing plumbing services done.

My faucet started to leak at around ten p.m I called coverall and he promptly answered. After explaining the situation he said he would be there first thing in the morning. The next morning he was there and within an hour I had a new job leaking faucet. I recommend him to anyone needing fast prompt service with fair pricing.

Perry Plumbing has always been a great company for me to access when I have plumbing issues. They are also available quickly and on weekends. I called them same day and within an hour they had a service person out to see me. Luis was very helpful, honest, and delivered options for me. He also helped to make sure I had a warranty for my service and future possible suggestions to keep my drains working properly. He fixed out problem quickly and with no mess. I trust Perry and Luis and will definitely use them again and in the future for my plumbing needs.

Excellent service. My 11 year old tankless water heater died overnight. I called them because I found consistent excellent reviews across different websites. In less than an hour Erik, owner, was in my house to diagnose the situation (new water heater needed). Installers came within 2 hours and did a very professional job removing the old unit and installing the new one. Very pleased and will recommend.

Horrible service. The guy told me he should have not been a plumber. They damaged the wall, forced a valve box in the wall. Moved the drain valve so it sticks out of the wall. A total hack job. repairing the washer valves. This has been going on for a month. Run from this company. When the plumber tells you he should have not been a plumber, Believe him!

Mario Crespo and his crew are legit. Professional, courteous, on time, and get a 5 star response rating.
I have had 6 crews come out in the last year to deal with repeated clogging issues.
(In fact one crew from another company just came out last week.) I told my insurance company. “No more, you better send me your best crew!”

And they did. “Mario Crespo” is a master plumber and has been doing this for quite some time.

Solid Drain Plumbing company is licensed but not only that-
they are legit enough to be considered my insurance company’s GO TO GUY when they really need the situation dealt with.

Mario knew exactly what to do that 6 other company’s could not do. He knew how to speak with my insurance company, demand for what needed to be fixed, and leave the job with us being able to use our facilities.

I now have a permanent fix. I’m sharing this company in my good neighbor app and handing out cards to all my neighbors.
