They even went above and beyond to ensure all of our vents and pipes were spotless to avoid any potential buildup that would hurt the system and require a new installation.

After they finished, the team immediately cleaned up their workspace and the surrounding areas, leaving our entrance even more beautiful than before.

Arnett's came out to our house, on the same day we called, to give evaluate our tankless water heater and then give us a quote. They then made it back out to our house the next day, on time, and put in a new tankless water heater. This company is amazing!!!! So glad we know about them!! I was referred to straightline plumbing by a friend. They installed a water heater and repaired some of the associated piping for us. They did a great job and the price was more than fair. I will definitely keep their number close by.

Horrible service. The guy told me he should have not been a plumber. They damaged the wall, forced a valve box in the wall. Moved the drain valve so it sticks out of the wall. A total hack job. repairing the washer valves. This has been going on for a month. Run from this company. When the plumber tells you he should have not been a plumber, Believe him!

I called LGE to replace my water heater that was leaking, once the guys showed up they tested the water heater and immediately found the issue which was the t&p valve, they replaced it , and they left the water heater working properly and left everything clean and dry , highly recommended
