Technician did a fast, efficient job since he explained the problem we were experiencing with our water heater. Last year by this same time we had similar problem and the Technician from another company who did the inspection requested the part which was under guarantee but he never called back. We ended up calling another company and that part was not needed to be replaced but the problem was solved. Once again, I am having same problem but this time came with a different experience since by mistake someone who is new in the company did not let me know that the water heater model beginning with the letters XG came defective and they do not give service to them any longer. Just a waste of time and having my husband lost one day of work waiting for the technician. Not a very satisfied customer at all.
