Delbert was very professional, knowledgeable and super helpful. He replaced pieces on my leaky outdoor sink faucet easily and was able to pick up the parts the very same day where others told me they'd have to order them and I'd have to wait. The price was much more reasonable than others that quoted me via texts and pictures and I appreciate this business takes time to actually send someone out to look at the issue in person.
I also received helpful information on my water softener and was sent quotes I requested for future projects in a very timely manner. I will definitely be using Premier again for any future plumbing projects.

Raul did a great job fixing a toilet leak and replacing a faucet. He called prior to arriving, wore a mask and was friendly and professional. He explained what caused the leak and how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient. Will contact him again for additional plumbing work.

The plumber came to my apartment to fix a stuck drain plug. Immediately he saw how bad the recent Appliance was under the sink and replaced the old Parts with new and had no problem free movie plug. Gave me an easy-to-understand briefing on what was done before and what he fixed. I was very happy but it wasn't as big of an issue that's all right thought it was. No pipes had to be removed.

I needed a water pressure regulator and main line shut-off valve installed, since I had just had a hot water slab leak. The water pressure coming into my house was at about 100 psi. I suspected that kind of elevated water pressure more than likely caused the under the slab pipe to leak. A couple of my neighbors had work done by Infinity Plumbing and I was impressed with the quality of the plumbing work. I decided to call them. From the very beginning Edray was prompt in getting back to me, professional and very personable. Infinity Plumbing took care of installing the pressure regulator and shut-off valve and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work done. So thankful for Coverall and the service provider Armando. I Had a pipe leak that had water coming down into my garage out of nowhere. We called around and everyone said an hour or more before they could show up, Coverall was there 20mins after the call!! They not only fixed but explained to us what happened and what cause the issue, (essentially really old pipes). He also noticed an issue with my water heater and fixed that for free!!! Such an amazing experience, great price and so pleased with the work. I have recommend them to all my friends and family and they have been very pleased as well. Thanks fellas!!

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
