Best Grease Traps in Chula Vista CA

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

Is a great company. He helped me quickly and professionally. Even made sure I understood what was wrong and gave me options for a solution. He even worked around my schedule.

Water heater went down, WestPro Plumbing came in and replaced without any issues. Totally recommend for your commercial needs. Beautifully replaced and installed, customer service was awesome...make sure to speak with Tricia Parks (Operations Manager) she'll make sure you're all your requirements are completed to your satisfaction.

Anthony Lopez arrived as scheduled. Very professional in greeting and interaction with the costumer.
He was very thorough in identifying the problem. What impressed me most is the provided distance support from LGE Prime Plumbing to the on-site trade. Resulted in finding the source of the problem in minimizing the drywall teardown.
Save the costumer from unnecessary works.
