They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

To put it simply, Rockstar Plumping Heating and Air is THE premier business of this nature in the San Diego area, and most likely all of Southern California.

Brent, Nick and Justin showed up even earlier than expected ready to work with infectiously positive attitudes and a calm sense of professionalism. Through the next several hours they worked tirelessly with smiles on their faces and installed our new AC unit. They even went above and beyond to ensure all of our vents and pipes were spotless to avoid any potential buildup that would hurt the system and require a new installation.

After they finished, the team immediately cleaned up their workspace and the surrounding areas, leaving our entrance even more beautiful than before.

All in all, we were so incredibly impressed with this team. PLEASE do yourself a favor and reach out, refer them to your network like we are, and help them continue to grow their absolutely wonderful, efficient, and well organized business.

Thank you so much for helping my mother out at her home in National City, at 3 in the morning. Having a pipe burst on you is no fun especially in the middle of the night. Called the guys at National Emergency Plumber and they were able to get there in 15 minutes and get the job down within an hour. Thank you for the great service and great price!

The team installed the new water heater very quickly. The price was quoted up front, and there were no surprises when the work was completed.

I had an emergency at 7 pm on a weeknight last week. Contacted a plumber I knew who had previously worked on my house, Frankie, and he said he would come help me. It turns out he now works for BPI, which he did not tell me until he got to my house. He provided no contract for replacing my water heater, said he was not going to run the job through the company because it was a side job for him, and gave me no receipt for payment after I gave him a check. For some reason, the bank refused to cash the check I gave him, so the BPI office called me to collect payment via credit card over the phone. I was charged $3500 dollars for replacing my 40 gallon tank gas water heater. The company dispatcher who called me for payment insisted that is a fair, going rate. Yet, every other company says this should have been about $2000-2500 tops for the after hours service. I asked for an itemized receipt, but all they gave me was a receipt for plumbing for $3500. They did not even mention replacing the water heater on the receipt! There was no itemization or justification for the charges on the receipt. I think my vulnerability as a single female with a plumbing emergency was preyed upon, and I was ripped off. The technician did not use drip cloths and made a total mess in my house. To top it all off, I just found out that a permit is required for changing a hot water heater in CA. I did not know this, and BPI Plumbing said NOTHING to me about needing a permit. Now, I am going to have to figure out how to get a retroactive permit and pay for it, ON TOP OF the $3500 I already paid BPI. I unfortunately made an extremely expensive mistake with this company, and I will never contact them to do work in my home again.

Felipe is fantastic. He changed out our dishwasher quickly and made the new units work better than our old unit. He's AMAZING!!!

Called them up around 3pm and were able to come out by 430pm. Victor came out and installed a new water heater and had me back up and running same night before dinner! Super professional and reliable. Straight forward with no BS! I found my new go to plumber.

We recently had a slab leak. Perry Plumbing has been taking care of our plumbing needs for about ten years, ever since we bought this home, so, of course, we called them again. Sergio and Oscar took care of the problem in a way that makes it unlikely it will recur. They were a pleasure to have in our home. Pros like them is the reason we always call Perry.

I called ARS Neighborhood Rooter and Plumber for backed up toilets. Fernando answered the phone and informed me that he couldn’t come out the same day but would be out the next day at 8 o’clock. He came out ran some tests and found out that we had a collapsed sewer system. I told them to go ahead and do the work and they did a fantastic job. They had to dig up our front yard that we just had landscaping done but when they were finished you would never know they were ever digging in the front yard. Fernando and all of the workers were very polite and friendly. The process took several days but we were informed of that ahead of time. So next time you have a plumbing problem give ARS Neighborhood Rooter and Plumber a call you won’t be disappointed.!

When I had plumbing issues, I called every single plumbing company and they gave me outrageous prices. But I called American Plumbing and they gave me a great and fair price. Charlie was a very nice man, and went above and beyond. Best plumber in San Diego.

100% recommend Primo Pumbling. Yesterday our hot water heater went out and after one DIY attempt we called Mike at 6am this morning. He was at our house by 8, finished up by 10. He was incredibly efficient, kind and took me though exactly what he needed to do. The price quoted over the phone was really reasonable didn't change even after Mike checked on a few extra things for us. Really good experience - we will definitely keep his information and would recommend to friends and family.
