I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

Felipe is fantastic. He changed out our dishwasher quickly and made the new units work better than our old unit. He's AMAZING!!!

Victor and his team are extremely reliable and professional. He did a very thorough job installing a new tankless water heater and removing an old 40 gallon tank. We passed inspection the first time due to his superior quality and workmanship.
