By far the best plumbing service we have ever had in our commercial buildings. We have used many services in the past, but none have been this good on quality of work or customer service.

Premier Rooter & Plumber is by far the best plumbing company you will find in San Diego. I bought a house that needed so much plumbing work and after around 7 different plumbers I finally found Premier. Not only did they provide superior, professional and articulate work, but you simply can't beat the value. They stick to their word, recommended the best recommendations, and provide above-level industry standard workmanship. Mike Minjarem, Ricardo, and the rest of the guys are absolutely fantastic!
In addition to plumbing, they also are licensed in contracting and replaced my entire flooring as well as renovated the bathroom. They kept in communication and put my desires and needs first.

Miguel assisted installing new plumbing for a 500 Sf addition, assisted through permit, testing and inspection by City of Carlsbad. He also assisted with the installation of new fixtures, running new lines, repairs from construction damage, retrofitting and replacing old connections. He ran & rerouted a gas line as well for my fireplace. All work was pressure tested, leak tested and met code requirements. He had clear invoice processing and kept me informed and involved every step of the way. I’d recommend Miguel for any plumbing project! Also, did a ton of spec stuff and was very generous with his time.

They were attentive, helpful and professional people. The plumber were efficient, very good at their job and explained to me exactly what they were about to do. I would highly recommend this company and I will use their service in the future as well.

BPI was hired by First Residential HOA to fix a broken pipe in the Antigua neighborhood of Eastlake in Chula Vista. For the past 7 days they have turned the water off to over 70 families everyday, EVERYDAY they failed to turn the water off or back on at the times they said they would. This lead to NO water in the evenings, throughout the night and in the mornings, even before 7a, No water to shower for work, doctor appointments etc.
They even claimed that the pipe was fixed and water was restored only to find out that the poor quality of work caused the pipe to burst again.

Once again, Christian did an amazing job! He fixed my worn out garage sink and my bathroom Tub Spout. The one in the bathroom was complicated and I was so happy when he said it was fixed! I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
