Well we had an appointment today (12/22/19) between 11am to 1pm. Although, they called and said the guy was running late, he finally showed up after 3pm, and the price was way more than any of our neighbors paid to have their water heater replaced., which was within the past year. And, we all moved into our homes during the same year (12-2003) The guy kept saying this is a really old water heater (like we were not aware of that) what does that have to do with the price being way overpriced in my opinion, like he was justifying why it was going to be $2,800 or more. Well we will keep shopping around and have to go old school and boil water or going to a families house for showers. LOL

We live in the backhouse to a to a big front house with plumbing issues. These guys prioritized are backyard flooding, and spent 2 whole days fixing the situation. Had a couple of setbacks that they charged through fearlessly, and ultimately provided excellent service with a more than satisfactory outcome. Had a problem at my rental house with a bathtub in lower unit completely blocked & not draining. Called them right away & they set up an appointment for that same day within a few hours of me calling. The plumber showed up within the expected time frame & cleared the problem quickly & efficiently according to my renter. Miranda, who set up the appointment for me, was pleasant & checked back with me a couple times to make sure I had the information I needed to pass on to my renter. They worked with me on payment as the house is owned through a retirement account. Totally satisfied with the customer service I received. Would definitely call them again.

Best experience that I've had with a plumber so far. My mother was having problems with water leaks throughout the house. I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
