Luis from Blue Planet plumbing came to fix a problem with my toilet. He took care of the problem and also put in a water filter in fridge. I am 77 and couldn’t do something that he did in about 5 minutes, no charge. They also put in my tankless water heater. Excellent service

We live in the backhouse to a to a big front house with plumbing issues. These guys prioritized are backyard flooding, and spent 2 whole days fixing the situation. Had a couple of setbacks that they charged through fearlessly, and ultimately provided excellent service with a more than satisfactory outcome. Our technician, Corey Koenen, did a great job and communicated with us very clearly about what he was planning to do and how much it was likely to cost. He kept us apprised of his movements before he arrived (he stopped by the shop to pick up a new water heater before coming to our home) and then completed the work with skill and speed once he was on site. We were back in business with hot water in our home by 1:00 pm. Many thanks to Corey and the Bill Howe team! Also, a quick shout out to Andrea the dispatcher for her excellent help in handling my early morning phone call about the situation. We'll definitely use Bill Howe Plumbing again.

Had to clear my drains AGAIN three weeks later after he came. When I called at the time I told him it was probably rootlets. He never said that he charged extra at the time for rootlets, just that he can’t guarantee if there are rootlets (which is the number one reason for clogs in older homes). After he got to my house he told he could guarantee clearance but for an extra couple hundred dollars as he would hydro jet the line. I said no because it might damage my line more.He charged me $125.00 and said it was cleared. I came out and saw what came out and didn’t see a single root so I know he must not have gone all the way to the street as he should have done. After it clogged again I called a guy who cleared the line for $115.00 and even showed me the rootlets. Use this guy if you want to THREE TIMES the amount of money for the same job. When I called and asked for my money back he said no as he hadn’t guaranteed the job. Also the next sewer guy had me flush the line for a few minutes using the bath water. All this guy did was ask me to flush the toilet once. Should of known then.

My house is 1 years old and we were not getting any hot water to the house. Omar came on a weekend and had it working in min. Explained how the tankless water heater works and showed me to do it myself in the future. Would 100% recommend this company. They are very knowledgeable and professional.

Excellent service, Efren was great! Informative, on time and work quickly done. I am missing two parts from the shower wand, inadvertently taken. A gray ball which screws onto the shower extension and the locking mechanism to attach the wand. Left a message on the after hour service number.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
