Francisco from Rockstar came to repair my 30 year old natural gas heater. He explained the noise it was making issues. I'd been thinking of replacing it before the winter, we discussed some options, and he had beautiful, quiet York heater installed 2 days later with some additional duct work. I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
