Thank you so much for the service on our master bathroom! Not only is Lead & Oakum very professional, they are very friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I was up dated by txt and when Christian would arrive. Christian was professional and respectful of your home. He fixed our two problems and explained everything he had done. He did everything in a timely manner and cleaned up the area he was working before he left. He was easy to work with and had good communication with us.

I called Paul on the recommendation of a friend. I I was looking to install a tankless water heater to get hot water to my faucets and shower quicker. Paul suggested a recirculating pump instead, which he installed in one afternoon. We are very happy with the results.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
