Through the next several hours they worked tirelessly with smiles on their faces and installed our new AC unit. They even went above and beyond to ensure all of our vents and pipes were spotless to avoid any potential buildup that would hurt the system and require a new installation.

After they finished, the team immediately cleaned up their workspace and the surrounding areas, leaving our entrance even more beautiful than before.

Don't waste your time calling this company. They don't know what customer service is, and they don't respect appointment times. I had their technician Nick scheduled to come from 12-2 and he called off work that day, so I got a call at 0930 saying they can't send anyone else. So of course i had to reschedule again and this time I asked for the 10-12 timeframe. Their manager, Luz, was so disrespectful that she kept talking while I was talking and she was being rude to me. I was trying to explain that Nick is already late for his appointment with me and that I had made plans after his time slot. And it was rude to make me wait more when he already missed his schedule!!!

This company is obviously unprofessional and not customer-friendly. Too bad Google advertised this company first on my search, I should've called another company. Not to mention that they were offering me a crappier faucet for $160 or $260, like seriously? I opted to go to Home Depot instead and grabbed myself a cheaper faucet for less than $100. Don't take their offer for replacement parts until you've looked around. I know they're out to make money but they're abusing their customers.

Called Mike in the morning about my water heater.and he was able to send technicians by mid afternoon. John and Alex came. John who was the lead was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew his trade and had very good customer service.. Great job. Highly recommend.

We just had Jack from Fix Plumbing & Drains come by to help us fix our bathroom sink, it wasn't draining at all. Our property management wasn't able to fix the problem yesterday so they organized for this plumbing company to come by. We had a wonderful experience. A woman called this morning to schedule a time frame for Jack to come by. She called when he was on his way over as well to give us notice. He arrived within the time slot and was very friendly, professional and considerate (he wore his mask the entire visit, which is important to me during the current pandemic). He fixed the problem within an hour, communicated with us what was going on and how he fixed it when we asked, and made sure to clean up the mess afterward before leaving. I had the plumbing replaced including the plumbing for the kitchen sink, garbage disposal, and the cast iron sewer line underneath the house replaced. I also had approximately 56’ of sewer re-lined.Patrick came out to do the sink plumbing and sewer line replacement. He did a phenomenal job. He was professional, and the work looks stellar.Zach and James came out to do the lining. They also did a fantastic job. They even took the time to write up a note for my neighbor who wasn’t exactly pleased to learn that we share a sewer line. They went above and beyond.Melissa was my contact with the company, and she ensured everything went as planned.Overall, I am very happy with the work completed. I would hire these folks again or recommend them to others.

We had a water line leak under the house. Al from BPI Plumbing arrived timely. He quickly identified the area of concern and completed repairs within the time estimated. Al was able to further identify opportunities to avoid additional issues and implemented a design change to correct an flaw in how the piping was routed. I have used G Brothers for plumbing issues with a rental property, and they have always been on time, easy to work with and reasonably priced, with excellent work. I just completed a major remodel/addition for my own master suite, I used them for all the plumbing needs. Christian came to the house and installed a kitchen garbage disposal for us. He installed the device in less than 20 minutes and left the work area cleaner than he found it!
Before leaving he asked us if we needed anything else, and we had him check the toilet in the front bathroom.
He smiled and said oh this is easy and fixed our toilet with new parts in under 15 minutes.

Speedi Rooter plumbers were very professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves . Explained how the pipe leak was gonna be repaired and did it in very timely manner. They also changed my sink water supply valves when asked even though it wasn't part of the original job at a reasonable price. I would use them again if needed.
