This is the 3rd time we have called Bill Howe Plumbing for new faucets and water line hookups for 3 different areas in our house. Every time the service and professionalism has been outstanding!! We have a new construction house and the original plumbing installer was always “too busy” to come back and do faucet and water line installs for parts which were delayed in arriving due to supply issues. Bill Howe Plumbing was very responsive and arrived within 48-72 hours, or less, of each call. Darryl was our Technician for 2 of the visits and ran into issues which required creative problem-solving. We were certain the job might not be completed due to these issues. However, both times he completed the job!! We were very happy and will continue to call Bill Howe Plumbing!

James the owner/plumber/contractor is exceptional in what he does and did a great job installing our new tankless hot water heater. He provided clear explanations and did everything he could to expedite the installation for us (after 2 weeks w/o hot water)! Over the years of owning homes, usually older homes, my path has crossed with many plumbers, contractors and trades people - by far the service and quality of work provided by James was the best!

My kiddo - under one - needs a bathtub! The drain clogged. BPI booked with one call, showed up on time and in under an hour they had unclogged the tub. It was a very deep clog. The tech knew how to fix it and tested it multiple times to ensure it truly cleared.

Christian is very professional. He communicated from the very beginning calling in to let us know when he’d arrive. He showed up and quickly found the water shut down, grabbed the faucet, and installed it. All about 20 minutes. Once he was done, he walked us through what we can do to make our faucet work well for a long run. Gotta love fast and efficient work. We’re definitely hiring again.

Before calling, I had (3) plumbers come out to solve my problem but they were not able to take care of it. So, I called and spoke to Paulie, I was impressed by their knowledge and the turn around time to come out and take care of our problem. Once they arrived they had it fixed within 15-20 mins.
