They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

I needed to replace a toilet flange and reset the toilet. Alfredo, was highly professional, friendly and accurate. He did a great job. I would recommend Rockstar Plumbing Heating and Air. Im very satisfied with the value and quality of their work.

Don't waste your time calling this company. They don't know what customer service is, and they don't respect appointment times. I had their technician Nick scheduled to come from 12-2 and he called off work that day, so I got a call at 0930 saying they can't send anyone else. So of course i had to reschedule again and this time I asked for the 10-12 timeframe. Their manager, Luz, was so disrespectful that she kept talking while I was talking and she was being rude to me. I was trying to explain that Nick is already late for his appointment with me and that I had made plans after his time slot. And it was rude to make me wait more when he already missed his schedule!!!

This company is obviously unprofessional and not customer-friendly. Too bad Google advertised this company first on my search, I should've called another company. Not to mention that they were offering me a crappier faucet for $160 or $260, like seriously? I opted to go to Home Depot instead and grabbed myself a cheaper faucet for less than $100. Don't take their offer for replacement parts until you've looked around. I know they're out to make money but they're abusing their customers.

Had a problem at my rental house with a bathtub in lower unit completely blocked & not draining. Called them right away & they set up an appointment for that same day within a few hours of me calling. The plumber showed up within the expected time frame & cleared the problem quickly & efficiently according to my renter. Miranda, who set up the appointment for me, was pleasant & checked back with me a couple times to make sure I had the information I needed to pass on to my renter. They worked with me on payment as the house is owned through a retirement account. Totally satisfied with the customer service I received. Would definitely call them again.

Hansel and Hector showed up to our house to fix our shower that stopped working. They explained everything in detail on what was wrong and what it would take to fix it then they were able to repair it quickly!

They were attentive, helpful and professional people. The plumber were efficient, very good at their job and explained to me exactly what they were about to do. I would highly recommend this company and I will use their service in the future as well.

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

I have used G Brothers for plumbing issues with a rental property, and they have always been on time, easy to work with and reasonably priced, with excellent work. I just completed a major remodel/addition for my own master suite, I used them for all the plumbing needs. This included everything from running new plumbing, relocating clean-outs and drains, and installation of shower and vanity fixtures. As well, they provided solution consultation that saved me a lot of money. They did all I asked, on time, under budget. Love these guys, and highly recommend them.

5 star for this company . Fast and Reliable. Called Edgar and with available schedule right away. Had Christian for the Technician very knowledgeable about detecting the problem and Fixed the problem promptly and left the place clean .

Pauly and Efrin fixed my slab leak and replaced the hot water heater all for half the price I received from competitive estimates. The work was efficient and quality! My family had no hot water and we were in crisis mode. The fellas came to our rescue and I am very grateful.

I was very impressed by Raul the plumber. He came out within 1/2 hour and did a great job. Had him back to replace a large pipe under the house. He got the job done in 3 hours. He's very pleasant to have around and Cleaned up great. If you need a plumber fast and one that does excellent work call R & J plumbing.
