I contacted blue planet with regards to Hydro jetting my main drain based on a recommendation by my local plumber. Found them online and set the appointment. They indicated a free evaluation and the technician arrived right on time.

I called on a weekend, never fails something always goes wrong on a weekend! Called on Saturday and was scheduled for Sunday with no premium charge, can't beat that, I had Salvador, he was awesome, polite and really professional. My drain must have been really clogged because not only did he have to use a 75' snake and it took quite awhile, he got the job done, cleaned up the mess and didn't leave until he was positive the job was done.. the price was more than reasonable , they aren't like Plummer's I've had many over the years and this has been the Best one so far.. call these guys, you won't be sorry... now it's fixed so I guess I have to do the dishes now!!' Bill Howe plumbing is great! Martin came in first for free estimate and did installation of water softener system and programming in my house. He was really kind and very professional. He explained every little detail about his work and water softener system maintenance.I was very pleased and satisfied with his work and his professionalism. Well what can I say about 24/7 Drain Rooter. I called for a leak which I believe was my Garbage Disposal. Office personnel was very professional and helped me set up a time for the technician to come out. The technician James came out early and found the problem was not my Garbage Disposal but the drain pipe. Under my sink. Which saved me alot of money. He was very efficient and very professional. If you need a cost efficient and just a great all around professional this is the company to call. I would call 24/7 Drain Rooter again with no hesitation.

Thank you so much for the service on our master bathroom! Not only is Lead & Oakum very professional, they are very friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I hope and plan to use them whenever (and hopefully thats not too often with plumbing issues). I would like to eventually get a water filtration system installed and we had excellent advice from them on what to install.

The team installed the new water heater very quickly. The price was quoted up front, and there were no surprises when the work was completed.

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

Excellent customer service! They are honest, on time, detailed and do awesome work! Their prices are very reasonable! We are thankful that we hired them! They exceeded our expectations! Simply amazing! We're in the middle of a master bathroom renovation due to a burst shower pipe, and our original plumber seemingly dropped off the face of the Earth early in the project. Our contractor referred us to Go Plumbing and More, and Edgar stepped right in on such short notice to take on this project. We had a new large soaker tub installed where there was once a massive walk-in shower area, they replaced all the copper piping from the prior damage and reconfigured the pipes to work for both tub and shower use. They even found another potential problem area with our sewer drain system and fixed that for us well! Their work is high quality and at a reasonable cost, and wevreally appreciate their transparency and integrity. Thank you Edgar, Victor, and Christian! We will definitely seek you out again for future projects.

Chris was incredibly helpful in dealing with multiple plumbing problems in our house. Even after we thought a problem was fixed, he was quick to come back out and run further testing when it came back. He was very open about what he was doing and why and what possible solutions are and gave us the choice on how we would like to proceed. He was so professional and very quick to complete the job! Would most certainly use him again!

Called SOS Affordable Rooter Plumbing because my drains were clogged. They kept it simple and took care of my home. Their drain cleaning service is top notch. If you need a plumber you can trust in San Diego, you wont be disappointed. Thanks Ron.
