After a quick diagnose of our water pressure and flow into our home we determined we needed a new whole house water system. What we had was no longer working and close to 25 yr old. These guys are absolutely fantastic. I’ve had some major plumbing issues arise in my home over the last month including a main sewage/water drain blockage. I called Speedi Rooter after a quick search and review and was astounded at their responsiveness, professionalism, and communication off the bat. They were able to get me on their schedule quickly for each issue and they helped troubleshoot a few of them while trying to save me time and money. The quality of their work is outstanding and they are friendly and easy to work with. After that first experience, I decided to call them again for the next issue that arose and am pleased to say that they exceeded my expectations on every level. Seriously, I don’t think I’ll call another plumbing/drain service again and intend to work with them again on our next projects.

Jonathan came out within 25 minutes of placing the call and unclogged our toilet. Very professional and quick to fix the problem. I recommend them to anyone having plumbing problems.

Eric and Tony are AMAZING!!!! Like. I own a small business in normal heights. And I can not recommend Eric and Tony enough! Because quite a few times they have spent the time to figure out plumbing situations for our building, and went above and beyond to help. Their pricing is amazing, in fact they have stopped by and have left without having me pay! I feel like they understand the pressure small businesses are in right now, and I feel like they genuinely want to help and care. They share alternatives so it’s not too pricey as well, which I really appreciate since we don’t have that much money to spare, but of course need the plumbing to work as a business and they do this for a living! I am so thankful for them and their time forever. I very much recommend, even if it’s a day or two wait because you’ll get your moneys worth, your time and someone who cares! They even reached out again to make sure everything is ok!!!! Not even doctors do that! So nice!

I would never use this plumber. Their cost is twice as much. They would not discuss my options of using pex rather than copper and they would not explain why. I got specs from SDGE nad Steve told me SDGE did not know what they are doing. I beg to differ. Too much money. I always get three quotes. Don't over pay for plumbing. Bob the plumber is good, inexpensive and licensed. There system for getting quotes to you is outdated. They take too long to respond!
