Very Pleased. The plumbers showed up on time. Whenever they went out to the truck they removed their shoe covers so as not to dirty them up and track it into the home. I have had so many workers in the past, from other companies, put on shoe covers then walk out into the parking lot, with the shoe covers on! And bring back the dirt and oil back into my home. But, my Blue Planet plumbers, removed their shoe covers each time they left and put them back on each time they entered.

Anyway, back to the reason they were here, my drain was cleared the first time and at a reasonable price. I'm keeping Blue Planet in my contacts for any futures plumbing needs. Mike was friendly and professional as was his assistant. Sorry, never got his name but he was every bit as courteous and professional. Thanks Blue Planet.

I was given a 2-hour service technician arrival window. That arrival window was only 2 hours from the time I phoned them. And since it was a toilet issue, I was super happy that the technician phoned to say he would be about an hour early. I had thought that the clogging of my toilet was at least as bad as usual in my-year-old house. But the technician could see that it was merely toilet paper and didn't make it seem worse than it was just to get my money. I was not charged for him coming out. With that honesty, I was able to unclog it myself. Because of the honesty, I would call them again for another issue because I don't believe they would upsell me unethically.

I contacted Discount Plumbing because my water heater chamber sensor was failing. I was able to receive a same-day appointment. I was notified prior to my appointment Harrison and Gabriel would be arriving as scheduled. Upon meeting with both of them, they took time to explain the process of repairing the water heater. I appreciated their explanation. I would highly recommend them as a team to request in the event plumbing/water heater services were needed.
