Had to clear my drains AGAIN three weeks later after he came. When I called at the time I told him it was probably rootlets. He never said that he charged extra at the time for rootlets, just that he can’t guarantee if there are rootlets (which is the number one reason for clogs in older homes). After he got to my house he told he could guarantee clearance but for an extra couple hundred dollars as he would hydro jet the line. I said no because it might damage my line more.He charged me $125.00 and said it was cleared. I came out and saw what came out and didn’t see a single root so I know he must not have gone all the way to the street as he should have done. After it clogged again I called a guy who cleared the line for $115.00 and even showed me the rootlets. Use this guy if you want to THREE TIMES the amount of money for the same job. When I called and asked for my money back he said no as he hadn’t guaranteed the job. Also the next sewer guy had me flush the line for a few minutes using the bath water. All this guy did was ask me to flush the toilet once. Should of known then.

I hope and plan to use them whenever (and hopefully thats not too often with plumbing issues). Called Edgar from go plumbing and more and made an appointment to fix my shower leak, I pick go-plumbing and more because it’s local and close to my place. Christian came in even earlier than the schedule time. He carefully explained what he’s going to do to fix the shower leak and and he did saving me several hundreds because he don’t have to replace the whole valve. I have him also replaced my hose bib outside the house because it’s leaking also when I turn on the faucet. He did a very outstanding job and very professional too. I would definitely recommend this company especially Christian to others plus the price is much reasonable compared to other plumbers that I used before.

Chris is very knowledgeable in the plumbing area. I followed him through different companies, glad he's on his own now. I have been using him for several years on my rentals for leaks, and parts replacement. He's installed refrigerators, garbage disposals and he recently serviced some pipes and installed my new water heater as well. He's fast, reliable and won't scam you. He's a good worker and will NOT charge you an arm and a leg!
