We had a drain pipe that cracked, which required drywall to be removed. A very difficult job because we have custom crown molding and base board molding we didn’t want damaged. The guys that discovered our leak CPL (the best in town) recommended Rockstar Plumbing. We couldn’t be happier! They showed up when they said they would did it for the price quoted and they are great people! I called Premire Plumbing on recommendation from my brother who used them in an emergency at his house the week prior to the incident at my mother’s. My mother’s house is old so it requires yearly maintenance issues, after the Thanksgiving Holiday the sink in her garage developed a slow drain which eventually led to a blocked line, the sink in the garage is lowest point of the drain system at the house. I tried to clear it with a 25’ snake that I have and has normally taken care of the issue but not this time. I needed a professional, called Premire Plumbing after 3:00 on a Monday afternoon, they responded quickly, after an attempt to clear it was determined that a hydro jet would be needed in order clear the line of grease and sludge. I later found out that the sink had been used for cleaning Thanksgiving pots and pans and some other misuses as well. The hydro jet took care of the problem and I have a 6 month guarantee. The price was steep but I would call them back in heartbeat if necessary, very professional, experienced and hard working. I definitely got my money’s worth.

Unfortunately we've been having ongoing leak issues at my home, and I've used Bill Howe for repair, replace, and remediation for all of our issues. R & J Plumbing did a great job! We had a single bowl vanity that we were upgrading to a double vanity on the wall adjacent. We had to close off the water lines that went to the bathroom on the other side and move the drain to another vent pipe. They had to reroute the water lines through the studs too.

Doesn't seem like an easy job and we were expecting it to cost us a lot more. Thankfully Raul quoted us INCREDIBLY competitive pricing that we couldn't decline. He was able to schedule the work to be done within less than a week and was a fraction of the price. Raul was very well at communicating with us, very timely, and will absolutely rehire him and his team for our next projects.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
