Plumbing problems are never fun and seem to happen at the most inconvenient times. We were fortunate to have Louie and Roberto come to our rescue. Louie was a pleasure to work with, very responsive, and ready to answer any and all questions. Next time we are in need, we will ask for him. He clearly explained what our problems were and the associated costs for the repairs. Louie was professional and represented Bill Howe well. Roberto and his apprentice were hard workers. They came prepared and ready to get to work. When they were surprised to find 12 inches of concrete instead of the expected 4, long hours were required to make sure we had water back before they left. Although that extended the job, Roberto went above and beyond to finish as soon as possible. We appreciated that so much.

James and his staff we're great. His office staff were very profesional and kept in constant contact letting me know when we we're schudled as Well as when the tech was on the way. Paul is such an awesome guy. We called him for a clogged drain late afternoon and he was able to come out the next morning. Paul was very informative and showed us exactly where the problem was. He even noticed we had corrosion on the pipes to our water heater and was able to fix that. We will definitely use him again and will be recommending him to others.
