Finally, the bathtub water drains properly. After 4 different plumbing companys & 2 years later, the guys from 'Speedi Rooter'solved my problem in 20 minutes with a camera, snake and magnet to retrieve the culprit- a pair of nail clippers lodged in the pipe. The bathtub H20 just would not drain. It was driving me crazy until the nicest guys from Speedi Rooter solved my problem. They're good. They are reliable, professional and on time too !

The two gentlemen, Ricardo and Able, that came out today were absolutely wonderful, very professional and very polite. After they came and looked at the problem they realized they needed a different part, due to my tight schedule this weekend for a wedding and the time of day it was, they quickly ran to the plumbing store got the correct part and came right back. It could have been a bigger problem than what it turned out to be, thank goodness, therefore they were able to be in and out.

We have used this company for years and will continue to. Zeke has fixed our issues in the past and does a great job. We had an emergency a couple of years ago at 7pm on a Saturday night. Our shower wouldn't shut off and we couldn't get a hold of any plumbers... until we reached Drain Masters. They were fast, efficient and honest. We have been loyal customers since! Leo did a great job replacing a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal as well as all the pipes under the sink for a very reasonable price. He gave a written estimate before the work began and kept me in the loop as he did the job. He texted me 15 minutes before his arrival, which I appreciated, and after the work was completed, he emailed an invoice along with pictures of the completed work for my records. His business practices are very thorough and professional - I will definitely use him in the future for my plumbing needs.
