They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

We had a drain pipe that cracked, which required drywall to be removed. A very difficult job because we have custom crown molding and base board molding we didn’t want damaged. The guys that discovered our leak CPL (the best in town) recommended Rockstar Plumbing. We couldn’t be happier! They showed up when they said they would did it for the price quoted and they are great people! Simply put if you want the best in town call Francisco Alvarez (owner) of RockStar plumbing he is a hands on guy.

The technician was great. They had him out here the very next day for a consult and he was ready to do the job right then and there. I like these guys. There are a little pricey and that's why I didn't give them 5 stars. However, they do a great job and I would definitely recommend them.

We just had Jack from Fix Plumbing & Drains come by to help us fix our bathroom sink, it wasn't draining at all. Our property management wasn't able to fix the problem yesterday so they organized for this plumbing company to come by. We had a wonderful experience. A woman called this morning to schedule a time frame for Jack to come by. She called when he was on his way over as well to give us notice. He arrived within the time slot and was very friendly, professional and considerate (he wore his mask the entire visit, which is important to me during the current pandemic). He fixed the problem within an hour, communicated with us what was going on and how he fixed it when we asked, and made sure to clean up the mess afterward before leaving. After a late night leak called Bill Howe. Juan L arrived w/in 30 min and stayed until early morn when the pipe was fixed. He took the time to ensure there weren't any other issues too. Despite the late hour he was friendly and helpful! Returned a few days later to do follow up. Cannot say enough about this great experience!!

Had to clear my drains AGAIN three weeks later after he came. When I called at the time I told him it was probably rootlets. He never said that he charged extra at the time for rootlets, just that he can’t guarantee if there are rootlets (which is the number one reason for clogs in older homes). After he got to my house he told he could guarantee clearance but for an extra couple hundred dollars as he would hydro jet the line. I said no because it might damage my line more.He charged me $125.00 and said it was cleared. I came out and saw what came out and didn’t see a single root so I know he must not have gone all the way to the street as he should have done. After it clogged again I called a guy who cleared the line for $115.00 and even showed me the rootlets. Use this guy if you want to THREE TIMES the amount of money for the same job. When I called and asked for my money back he said no as he hadn’t guaranteed the job. Also the next sewer guy had me flush the line for a few minutes using the bath water. All this guy did was ask me to flush the toilet once. Should of known then.

Al was able to further identify opportunities to avoid additional issues and implemented a design change to correct an flaw in how the piping was routed. R & J Plumbing did a great job! We had a single bowl vanity that we were upgrading to a double vanity on the wall adjacent. We had to close off the water lines that went to the bathroom on the other side and move the drain to another vent pipe. They had to reroute the water lines through the studs too.

Doesn't seem like an easy job and we were expecting it to cost us a lot more. Thankfully Raul quoted us INCREDIBLY competitive pricing that we couldn't decline. He was able to schedule the work to be done within less than a week and was a fraction of the price. Raul was very well at communicating with us, very timely, and will absolutely rehire him and his team for our next projects.
