Delbert replaced the water pressure unit outside my garage that was not functioning properly. His explanations were clear and easy to understand. He also checked out all my toilets, faucets and shut off valve’s (at my request) to make sure proper pressure was restored and everything was functioning properly, and there were no sign of leakage. He even showed me the bad water pressure unit and how it was all rusty inside. That thing was only replaced in March this year (2022) by someone in our association who claimed he has replaced many before in our complex. I think I got cheated back then. Thankfully Delbert found the problem and was able to fix it the same day! Thanks Delbert!!

I needed a water pressure regulator and main line shut-off valve installed, since I had just had a hot water slab leak. The water pressure coming into my house was at about 100 psi. I suspected that kind of elevated water pressure more than likely caused the under the slab pipe to leak. Well I’m not sure if this counts as a review since I didn’t hire this company directly to replace the water heater in my leased home but ultimately I’m the one who pays the rent every month so here it is; the guy they’d sent was not a profesional or respectfully instead he was swearing to himself every time and running like crazy in and out to his truck for tools and stuff but he did not took the time to do a smooth install instead he was more focus in his next job for a busy Saturday night, I guess this is bad install and Not complying with code since he used the incorrect galvanized tubing for natural gas and when I ask him he just reply’s oh well that what the boss gave me to do so but the worst was his attitude, even my wife came out of our bedroom to check and see if everything was ok, well This company should show their technicians some manners since they are servicing in our homes, this morning my wife mentioned that she wouldn’t feel safe if I wasn’t at home in this event just to hear him going
I wouldn’t recommend this company at all to any of my friends or family
