We just had Jack from Fix Plumbing & Drains come by to help us fix our bathroom sink, it wasn't draining at all. Our property management wasn't able to fix the problem yesterday so they organized for this plumbing company to come by. We had a wonderful experience. A woman called this morning to schedule a time frame for Jack to come by. She called when he was on his way over as well to give us notice. He arrived within the time slot and was very friendly, professional and considerate (he wore his mask the entire visit, which is important to me during the current pandemic). He fixed the problem within an hour, communicated with us what was going on and how he fixed it when we asked, and made sure to clean up the mess afterward before leaving. My experience with BPI is excellent. I manage some properties and use BPI because of their responsiveness, honesty, reliability, and reasonable rates. A couple of years ago, I got the call that property mangers dread....On Christmas Eve, there was a massive leak in a condo. I called BPI and they sent out a plumber who was able to resolve the issue quickly and he fully explained the issues to my satisfaction. Then, I got the bill and it was VERY fair, especially considering it was Christmas Eve. I can't say enough good things about BPI.

Edgar replaced my water heater which was 28 years old, and needed to be brought up to code. He did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done, installing the new water heater, and taking care of a drain pipe that needed rerouting. Then, after finishing the installation, he provided a detailed explanation of what he had done, and patiently answered all my questions. Raul did a great job fixing a toilet leak and replacing a faucet. He called prior to arriving, wore a mask and was friendly and professional. He explained what caused the leak and how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient. Will contact him again for additional plumbing work.
