They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

To put it simply, Rockstar Plumping Heating and Air is THE premier business of this nature in the San Diego area, and most likely all of Southern California.

Brent, Nick and Justin showed up even earlier than expected ready to work with infectiously positive attitudes and a calm sense of professionalism. Through the next several hours they worked tirelessly with smiles on their faces and installed our new AC unit. They even went above and beyond to ensure all of our vents and pipes were spotless to avoid any potential buildup that would hurt the system and require a new installation.

After they finished, the team immediately cleaned up their workspace and the surrounding areas, leaving our entrance even more beautiful than before.

All in all, we were so incredibly impressed with this team. PLEASE do yourself a favor and reach out, refer them to your network like we are, and help them continue to grow their absolutely wonderful, efficient, and well organized business.

I called Bill Howe to have my whole house water filter and water softener installed. I ended up moving my water heater at the same time to free up some unusable space in my garage. Martin took care of the water filter and softener install while Allan handled moving the water heater. They both did great work. l definitely will recommend to family and friends!

Most recently, Christian came to unclog our kitchen sink. He assessed and addressed the issue quickly and effectively. We'd been having issues with the plumbing in our house off and on for months (slow draining tub/sink, flooding in the garage from the washing machine not draining properly, rotten egg smell from some of the drains - no fun!). I called around to a number of local companies to get info about their availability and pricing. Speedi Rooter was by far the most responsive and professional. They were the only company that actually connected me with a service tech over the phone before the appointment so that I could get a better idea of what we were up against (all the others would only let me talk with a dispatcher and said we'd have to wait until the service techs were here to talk with them). Efran and Pauly arrived on time for our appointment and were super friendly and professional. Efran was the one who'd already spent ~30min on the phone with me the week before so he reviewed everything we'd discussed via the phone with me and my boyfriend and we all figured out the best way to proceed. Once we decided on a plan, they got to work right away and our plumbing was working great just a few hours later.
