Tenants called and said we had a clogged drain pipe that was due to a grading issue stated by the plumber they had come out. So I called Bill Howe for a second opinion since they first guy wanted 3,500$ to fix. Saul came out who has been to the house before and actually scoped the pipe to find out it was not a grading issue but a clog that was cause by feminine hygiene products. He recommended hydro jetting the pipes and check the drainage himself to see if it was indeed a grading issue which it wasn’t. The pipe was cleared and no issues since. saved me thousands, love the honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend Saul from Bill Howe.

After noticing significant water damage in the garage ceiling, I called Primo Plumbing to assess the situation. Mike was prompt in his return phone call and assisted in putting a plan into place to call a leak detection and restoration company, as well as provided me with an estimate to fix the plumbing problem. He later came out and replaced the cast iron drain line in the garage ceiling, as well as inspected other areas of the plumbing in the crawl space.

I would never use this plumber. Their cost is twice as much. They would not discuss my options of using pex rather than copper and they would not explain why. I got specs from SDGE nad Steve told me SDGE did not know what they are doing. I beg to differ. Too much money. I always get three quotes. Don't over pay for plumbing. Bob the plumber is good, inexpensive and licensed. There system for getting quotes to you is outdated. They take too long to respond!
