Awesome Plumbing Service

I had a leaking toilet and a shower that wouldn't drain. I called on Tuesday, made an appointment for Thursday. They arrived and we're out within 2 hours and everything is working well! I will definitely use them again, when needed.

Horrible:
- Arrived very late. Service was scheduled for 10am, and they didn't arrive until 12pm. No time window was provided, either
- Unresponsive. The manager was supposedly always in a meeting and couldn't answer the phone
- Lack integrity. While the plumber was present and had already inspected the issue, I was told a repair would require switching a standard Chicago faucet. An hour later, the story was switched to needing a special order faucet
