I called Rescue Plumbing at 7pm not expecting a call back. They answered and immediately sent someone to help me, as my hot water was not working. Dex and his assistant arrived, and they immediately told me that my water heater was too old and no longer working. They told me I would have to replace it, and I assumed they would have to come back, but Dex said they could take care of it that night itself. They went back to their office, got the new water heater, and installed it that night, and were done in less than 2 hours. They also wore covers on their shoes and put protection on my hardwood floors so as not to get anything dirty or damaged. They did amazing work, were very quick, friendly, and professional, and I had hot water immediately. Thank you Rescue Plumbing and Dex!
