Even though several free services were provided, to be honest, we felt the project was pricey. It is likely that any reputable provider would charge a similar amount, but we would be less than honest, if we weren't surprised at the cost. Finally, truly evaluating this type of work can only be done after a period of time. In that regard, we appreciate the work guarantees.

The guys Matt had out said he'd be back to fix the shoddy caulking and bring back tools to finish the work on the toilet. They were paid $950 for their work and they never came back. I was in contact with Matt, the owner, for weeks trying to get him or them to come out and finish but each time they never showed up or replied so I'd have to reinitiate the conversation. It's been over a month now and he obviously got paid and will not be back. You can't trust an owner that care this little.
