AMAZING!! I hired RR for previous jobs but this water heater installation by JAMES was above all previous encounters!!! HE WAS fantastic!! Not only was he professional, personable, efficient and timely, but after the job he made sure that everything was in working order. James turned on all of my faucets and cleaned out the sediment that accumulated. He made sure I was happy with the water temperature and ensured that the water flowed freely from every single faucet!! WHO DOES THAT? He was truly amazing. James went above and beyond the quality of work expected. I truly think that HE should train ALL of the employees of RR since now if I hire RR again, I expect the same kind of service that JAMES provided:) I can NOT settle for less any longer!! Thanks much!!

Called them on October 14th with an emergency.
My sewer line was clogged.
Jeremy came out a few hours later and rodded out the main.
Took a couple of tries but got it cleared.
Jeremy cleaned the area and left.
Will definitely use them again in the future.

This company is good; professionals is what they are. They were punctual and courteous. They went deep into the problem. Price was a blessing to me. I highly recommend them.

I Definitely don’t recommend this company for any emergency service.. needed a sewer line cleared as I was having backup in my shower… charged 475 to clear shower line which they could not clear... didn’t tell me that price before attempting to clear line.. than text me a price of 650 to try & clear the same line thru the toilet… at that point I said no.. paid them 475 +125 for emergency service fee & they left with nothing being accomplished.. he did say. If I had let him drop a camera to see which line to clear.. it would of been cheaper but Ofcourse he didn’t tell me any of that in the beginning or the 475 price til after they attempted to clear line.... had another company come the next day & clear the same line for 275 & no camera needed…so basically they wanted to charge me 1225.00 to do the same job, I got done for 275 the next day.. ripoffs!!!!!!!! Beware!!!!
