They were proffessional yet personable, came out within a couple hours and cleared the sewer drain! this could have been a terrible mess but thanks to these guys, crisis averted! Win!

Chas, Geoff and Dave were excellent! We had an emergency sewer issue at my condo. They made us their morning priority, diagnosed and resolved the issue in the same day. Mikes Plumbing Company is wonderful! Professional, honest , prompt, reliable, with great prices. Woke up last Saturday morning to find water all over the hard wood floor of my condo. It was pouring out from under my kitchen sink. Called the condo management and asked if they could give me a plumber they used. Called the plumbing company telling them it was an emergency, and they never even called me back. I then got Mikes Plumbing Company from someone else. When I called, Mike personally answered the phone and when I told him it was an emergency he came over immediately. I was amazed by how fast he got there! He assessed the situation and completely turned the water off. He then went out and bought a new faucet so he could fix the leak. I was so impressed by how kind he was. I was a basket case and he reassured me that everything would be fine. His kindness, caring and professionalism were outstanding! He did a great job and even cleaned everything up! Mikes's Plumbing company is amazing! I can't say enough good things about this company. I will always use them in the future.

We reached out online on a Sunday for a shower cartridge issue. We received an email that evening confirming that they should be able to help early in the week. We received a prompt touchpoint on Monday AM for an afternoon visit from Jeff. He was on time, informative, and walked us through all our options and explained ahead of time the potential costs of each. Lucky for us, the cheapest and easiest option worked and he quickly fixed our problem. We felt comfortable and confident in their approach at every step and appreciate that they didn’t just say we needed to replace the part for several hundred more dollars! Thank you team.
